Catalog

The Catalog shows the products your AI agents use to recommend items during conversations. This is where you check that the agent sees your catalog correctly — price, variants, and availability — and decide which products each agent can recommend.

You’ll find the page in the side menu, at the end of the GROW SALES section, in Catalog.

On e-commerce stores, catalog data is synced from your online store — you don’t edit products here. On Shopify, Nuvemshop, and Yampi, price changes you make in the store come through on their own shortly after; the rest of the catalog is updated periodically.

At the top of the page you can see when the last sync happened. If you just changed something in the store and want to bring it in now, click Sync now. After a manual sync, the screen shows when the next one will be available.

If your store is connected only through its checkout, a message invites you to also connect your online store platform (such as Shopify, Nuvemshop, WooCommerce, or Yampi). That way the catalog arrives complete, with product descriptions and links, and the agent sells better. Yever stores can use Connect Yever API to bring in the catalog — see Connect Yever.

  • Search catalog: search by product name, SKU, or link.
  • Filters: Status, Category, Availability (Available or Unavailable), and Agent.

Products with variants (colours, sizes) are grouped as a single product. Click a product to open its details: variants, price, whether it’s In stock or Sold out, description, SKU, tags, and the View in store shortcut.

Choose which products each agent can recommend

Section titled “Choose which products each agent can recommend”

On e-commerce stores, by default, every agent can recommend every product in the catalog. To hide a product from an agent:

  1. Click the product to open its details.
  2. In the Use by agent section, turn off Can recommend for the agent that shouldn’t offer this product.
  3. Click Save change.

What happens when a product is Hidden for an agent:

  • It no longer appears in that agent’s catalog searches, and the agent doesn’t send links or photos of that product either.
  • The choice applies only to that agent and to every variant of the product, including ones created later.
  • Availability in your online store doesn’t change.
  • The rule applies to future sends — messages already sent stay in the history.

To review an agent’s choices all at once, filter by Agent: the list shows that agent’s usage column and lets you filter only Allowed or Hidden products. If an agent ends up with no allowed products, the page warns you.
