Branded short links
With branded short links, the links Infynia sends to your customers use a
subdomain of your store (for example, links.yourstore.com) — shorter, on brand,
and with a visit count for each one.
The setting lives in Settings → Channels → Branded short links and is available to anyone with access to the store’s settings.
Connect your domain
Section titled “Connect your domain”- In Link subdomain, enter a subdomain dedicated to links (for example,
links.yourstore.com) and click Connect domain. - In DNS records, copy the Name and Value of each record and add them to your domain provider’s panel, exactly as shown. Don’t append the domain to the Name field, and set the CNAME record to DNS only, without a proxy.
- Click Verify DNS. Setup has two steps:
- Step 1 of 2: confirm your domain — Infynia confirms the domain is yours.
- Step 2 of 2: enable HTTPS — a new record for the certificate may appear. Add it, keep the records already verified, and verify again.
- When the status is Domain ready, turn on Shorten links automatically.
DNS propagation and certificate issuance can take a few minutes. If a record shows Fix required, the screen explains what to adjust.
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Waiting for DNS | The records haven’t been found yet. Check the values and wait for propagation. |
| Verified / Awaiting activation | The records were confirmed, but the domain isn’t ready for new links yet. Finish any pending steps, or wait for Infynia to complete activation. |
| Domain ready | All set. Turn on automatic shortening whenever you want. |
| Verification needed | The verification is out of date. Click Verify DNS again before relying on the domain for new links. |
| DNS error | There’s a problem with the records. The screen shows how to fix it. |
| Disconnected | The domain was disconnected. |
What changes in your messages
Section titled “What changes in your messages”- With Shorten links automatically on, the new links Infynia sends — for example, in AI replies and follow-ups and in templates — use your subdomain. Turning it off doesn’t change links already sent.
- Templates created after the domain is ready already use your subdomain in their link buttons. Already-approved templates with a fixed link button need a tracked copy and a new Meta approval to use your brand’s domain. Links typed directly into the text of an approved template can’t be swapped.
- Links carry Infynia’s source tag (UTM), so you can identify those visits in your reports.
To stop, use Disconnect domain: automatic shortening is turned off, and links already sent keep working as long as the DNS records stay in place. That’s why you shouldn’t delete the records at your provider while sent links are still in use.
Link visits
Section titled “Link visits”The Link visits section shows the Total visits, how many were In conversations and how many In templates, plus the Recent conversations and Recent templates with the most visits. Use Refresh to see the latest numbers.
