Connect Nuvemshop

Connect your Nuvemshop store so Infynia can sync abandoned carts, orders, and products.

  • You need admin access to your Nuvemshop store.
  • If you manage more than one store, confirm which one you want to connect.
  1. In Infynia, go to Integrations and open the Store and payments tab.
  2. Under Your checkout platform, choose Nuvemshop and click Connect.
  3. Click Authorize in Nuvemshop.
  4. In Nuvemshop, sign in if needed, choose the store, and authorize the Infynia app.
  5. When you return to Infynia, confirm that the integration is active.

You do not need to copy a domain, key, or token. Authorization takes place in Nuvemshop.

Infynia starts syncing your store data: products, orders, payments, cancellations, and abandoned checkouts.

  • Abandoned checkouts: Nuvemshop doesn’t send an instant abandonment notice. Infynia checks for abandoned checkouts periodically, so they may take a few minutes to show up.
  • Pix payment link: when an order has a pending Pix payment, Infynia receives that Pix’s payment link. In your Pix recovery template, you can use a button with the PIX payment link option, which takes the customer straight to payment. The AI agent can also send that link in the conversation.
  • Prices: product price changes in Nuvemshop are updated in Infynia automatically, so the AI agent quotes the current price.
  • Shipping and delivery: Infynia receives when the order is shipped and when it’s delivered and, when Nuvemshop reports it, when it’s out for delivery. That lets you use the order automations.

To send recovery messages, connect your WhatsApp and configure your recovery automations.

When you disconnect Nuvemshop in Integrations, the Infynia app stays installed on your Nuvemshop store until you remove it there. Use Finish removal on Nuvemshop to complete the removal.
