Connect Yampi
Connect Yampi to receive your checkout’s carts and orders in Infynia. The connection uses app authorization in Yampi itself (OAuth). You do not need to copy a Token or Secret Key or enter your store’s domain.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- You need access to your Yampi store with permission to authorize apps.
- Check that you have selected the right store in both Infynia and Yampi.
Step by step
Section titled “Step by step”- In Infynia, open Integrations, go to the Store and payments tab, and choose Yampi under Your checkout platform.
- Click Connect with Yampi.
- In Yampi, sign in if needed, check the store and authorize the Infynia app.
- Wait to return to Infynia and check that the integration is connected. Infynia automatically sets up cart and order notifications.
I use Shopify with Yampi checkout
Section titled “I use Shopify with Yampi checkout”Connect Yampi as your primary checkout, since that is where purchases are completed. You can also connect Shopify as your online store to enrich the catalog and receive shipping and tracking information. Connecting only the storefront does not replace the checkout connection.
After connecting
Section titled “After connecting”Infynia starts receiving abandoned carts, orders, approved and cancelled payments, and declined payments from Yampi, for both card and Pix. That means a declined payment can also be recovered.
- Pix code: when Yampi sends the order’s Pix code, the Pix recovery message can include the PIX Code (copy & paste) to make payment easier.
- Prices: when Yampi is your catalog source, product price changes are updated in Infynia automatically, so the AI agent quotes the current price.
- Shipping and delivery: Infynia receives from Yampi when the order is shipped and when it’s delivered. The delivery update only arrives if your Yampi receives that confirmation, for example from a shipping integration, or if you mark the order as delivered in Yampi.
To send recovery messages, also connect WhatsApp, have approved templates and enable messages in Automations. Check the recovery timing.
If Infynia asks you to authorize Yampi again, repeat the connection flow. You do not need to look for API credentials to do this.
