Connect Bestfy

Connect your Bestfy account so Infynia can receive checkouts and payment updates sent by the platform.

You copy the webhook URL and key generated by Infynia into Bestfy. You can also save the Bestfy API key in Infynia to allow account queries.

Note

Bestfy processes checkout and payment. If your storefront is on another platform, connect that platform too so your product catalog is available in Infynia.

Before you begin

• You need access to the webhook settings in the Bestfy dashboard. To also save the API key, you need access to the API credentials.
• To send recovery messages, also connect your WhatsApp and set up your Automations.

1. Copy the webhook details in Infynia

1. In Infynia, go to Integrations and open the Store and payments tab.
2. Under Your checkout platform, choose Bestfy and click Configure.
3. Copy the Webhook URL and Webhook secret key.

These details remain available on the integration screen if you need to copy them again.

2. Add the webhook in Bestfy

1. In the Bestfy dashboard, open the webhook settings.
2. Paste the URL generated by Infynia into the webhook address field.
3. Paste the secret key into the corresponding field.
4. Save the configuration.

Caution

Copy both values exactly as they appear in Infynia. Avoid extra spaces at the start or end.

3. Save the Bestfy API key (optional)

1. In Bestfy, go to Settings → API Credentials.
2. Copy the API secret key.
3. Return to Infynia and paste it into the Bestfy API secret key field.
4. Click Save API key.

Infynia validates the key before saving it. If the account is already linked, a new key must belong to the same Bestfy account.

4. Finish the connection

1. In Infynia, click I’ve saved it in Bestfy.
2. Create a test transaction in Bestfy.
3. Wait for the confirmation message in Infynia.

The integration is activated when Infynia receives the first valid Bestfy transaction.

Caution

If the wait ends without confirmation, check the webhook URL and secret key saved in Bestfy. Then try again.

After connecting

Infynia starts receiving the checkouts and payment changes sent by Bestfy, including pending, declined, approved, canceled, or refunded payments.

Connecting the account does not send messages by itself. Make sure WhatsApp is connected and enable the recoveries you want under Automations. Messages follow your recovery timing.

When Bestfy provides the PIX code or boleto details, the recovery message can include that information to make payment easier.

Change the webhook secret key

You can generate a new key on the integration screen, with Generate a new secret key. Before confirming the change, read the transition period shown in Infynia and add the new key to Bestfy within that period to avoid interrupting notifications.

Bestfy specifics

• Catalog on another platform: Bestfy does not provide a storefront catalog. When you connect your storefront platform, products come from it.
• Payments in Brazilian reais: the Bestfy integration is used for transactions in Brazilian reais (BRL).
