WhatsApp Health

The WhatsApp Health page, in the SETUP group of the sidebar, brings together the signals Meta sends about your number and shows how your messages are reaching customers. It’s a monitoring page: you don’t change settings here, but you find out what needs attention and where to fix it.

Each connected number has its own card, with the inbox name, the phone number, and the connection status at Meta:

StatusWhat it means
ConnectedThe number is working normally.
FlaggedMeta flagged the number. Keep an eye on the quality of your sends.
RestrictedMeta limited sending for this account.
BannedMeta blocked the number. Sends will fail until the issue is resolved.
UnknownMeta hasn’t reported the status yet.

When Meta applies a restriction to your account, an alert appears at the top of the number’s card. It explains what happened (restricted account, policy violation, or disabled number), includes a What to do: line with guidance to resolve it, and, when Meta provides them, the date the restriction was detected and when it’s expected to expire.

The restriction is resolved in Meta Business Manager. In the meantime, reduce your broadcast volume and avoid resending messages to the same contacts.

Meta rates your number as Good, Medium, or Poor based on recent blocks and reports from your customers. Meta doesn’t disclose how many blocks or reports happened. When there’s no signal yet, it shows Unknown.

Right below, the 30-day trend shows the signal day by day and a summary of how many days the number had a good, medium, and poor signal.

Shows how many different customers your number can contact every 24 hours, according to Meta. It may show a number of contacts, Unlimited, or Not reported by Meta yet. Alongside it, Infynia estimates your recent usage:

  • Used, including reservations — contacts that have already counted toward the limit, including sends in progress.
  • Estimated remaining — how much is left.
  • Campaigns and forms and Other sends — where the usage came from. Each contact appears in only one category.

The window is rolling: it covers the last 24 hours and does not reset at midnight. Because it’s an estimate, it counts only sends recorded by Infynia. It isn’t Meta’s official balance and doesn’t include messages sent outside Infynia.

When your store has a Default campaign limit, the card also shows how much of it has been used and how much is left. A specific broadcast may have a different limit, and what’s left also depends on Meta’s overall limit. Learn more in Broadcasts and Ads.

A preview shows how your customers see your WhatsApp profile: photo, display name, About, Description, Website, Email, and Address. The profile shows as Complete or Incomplete.

To fix your profile, edit it in the WhatsApp Business app (Settings → Business tools → Business profile) or in WhatsApp Manager. The display name is reviewed by Meta. If you see Name not approved, request or change the name in WhatsApp Manager.

Meta also rates each template: Good, Medium, Poor, or Under review. This section lists your templates with that signal:

  • By default, the Needs attention filter shows only templates with medium or poor quality. Use All or pick a specific quality to see the rest.
  • Search for a template by name.
  • The most recently used templates appear first, with the Last used date and the date the quality changed.
  • Click View history to see each quality change (for example, from Good to Medium) and when it happened.
  • View templates takes you to the WhatsApp Templates page.

This signal comes from Meta. It doesn’t disclose how many spam reports happened or point to a campaign as the cause.

Shows, for the last 30 days, how many messages were Sent, Delivered, Read, and how many Failed, with each one as a percentage of everything sent.

Lists the blocks and limits Meta applied to your sends over the last 30 days, with the number of occurrences and an explanation of each one. Each signal calls for a different fix. The most common are:

  • customers who already received the maximum number of marketing messages allowed in the period;
  • customers who asked not to receive marketing messages;
  • too many messages sent to the same customer in a short time;
  • the number is close to its contact limit;
  • a template paused or disabled by Meta for low quality;
  • the account was blocked or restricted by Meta.

A table shows, for each template, how many messages were sent, delivered, read, and how many failed, plus the read rate. Use it to find out which messages work best.

The Dashboard also shows a WhatsApp Health card with a summary of the quality signal. When Meta applies a restriction, the card shows Active restriction. Click View details to open this page.

  • Only message people who expect to hear from your store.
  • Space out sends to the same customer and avoid many campaigns in a row.
  • Respect customers who asked not to receive promotions.
  • Review the templates that show up under Needs attention.
