Getting started

Infynia recovers sales you would otherwise lose: abandoned carts and payments that weren’t completed (PIX or card). It does this by sending automated WhatsApp messages and talking to your customers through an artificial intelligence agent.

  1. A customer starts a purchase on your store but doesn’t complete the payment.
  2. Your store automatically notifies Infynia about that cart.
  3. After a wait time you define, Infynia sends a WhatsApp message reminding the customer and offering a link to complete the purchase.
  4. If the customer replies, the AI agent can continue the conversation, answer questions, and encourage them to finish — or hand off to a human agent.
  5. When the customer pays, recovery stops automatically and the sale is recorded as recovered.
  • A connected store — Shopify, Yampi, Nuvemshop, Yever, WooCommerce, Kiwify, or Bestfy.
  • A WhatsApp Business number connected to Infynia, with the payment method checked at Meta.
  • Message templates approved by WhatsApp for the first contacts.
  • Create an account: on the sign-up screen, tell us about you and your store (name, email, WhatsApp, website, and platform) and click Create account and continue. Then confirm your email with the 6-digit code Infynia sends you.
  • Sign in: on the Sign in or create your account screen, enter your email and click Continue with email. Infynia sends you a verification code, so you don’t need a password. If you prefer, use Use password instead. If the email doesn’t have an account yet, Infynia asks for your details to create one.

On your first visit, Infynia asks for your store details (name, website, country, and currency) under Create new store.

On a new store, Infynia guides you all the way to your first working automation:

  1. Connect your store. On the Connect your store screen, choose your checkout platform and follow the guide for your platform. If your checkout doesn’t offer the history import, Infynia suggests also connecting your online store. That step is optional.

  2. Prepare your free report. Click Fetch history and prepare report. Infynia imports the orders and opportunities your platform makes available and builds Your free report on the Dashboard: incomplete checkouts, the value in them, customers to re-engage, and an estimated recovery potential. That potential is an estimate, not a guaranteed result. Use View full report to open Sales Intelligence.

  3. Enable your first automation. On the Dashboard, the Enable your first automation list tracks four steps, each with a button that takes you to the right page:

    • Store connected;
    • WhatsApp connected — see Connect WhatsApp Business;
    • Message template approved — create or choose the template in WhatsApp Templates. If it’s still under review by Meta, you can keep going while you wait;
    • First automation enabled — turn the message on in Automations. If the template is still under review, the automation starts on its own once Meta approves it.

    While something is pending, the matching sidebar items (such as Integrations, WhatsApp Templates, Automations, and AI Agent) show a Setup pending dot.

  4. Review your AI agent. Infynia automatically prepares a suggested agent using the information on your store’s website. When it’s ready, use Review agent and Link to WhatsApp, or Not now to do it later. Learn more in AI Agent.

Once all four steps are done, you’ll see Your first automation is ready. Click View my dashboard to go to the full Dashboard.

  1. Review the cart recovery send timings.
  2. Enable and adjust your follow-up sequences.
  3. Turn on your other messages in Automations so sends happen on their own.
  4. Customize your AI agent behavior.

That’s it: from there, Infynia works on its own, recovering sales while you take care of the rest of your business. Follow your results on the Dashboard, check in Integrations that your store and WhatsApp are still connected, and see your number’s quality in WhatsApp Health.

In the sidebar, most pages are grouped into two bands: GROW SALES and SETUP. The items you see depend on your account type and the areas enabled for your user.

  • Top: Dashboard, Inbox, Library, and Coupons (Library and Coupons show up when they’re available for your store).
  • GROW SALES: Automations, WhatsApp Templates, Broadcasts, and AI Agent. E-commerce stores then see Sales Intelligence, Ads, and Customers; CRM accounts see Pipeline and Lost reasons. Last comes Catalog, which on e-commerce stores only shows up once the store’s catalog has been synced.
  • SETUP: Integrations, WhatsApp Health, Human handoff, Refer & earn (when the program is enabled for your store), and Settings.

At the bottom, there are two more menus:

  • Help — Help center (these guides, including the frequently asked questions), Talk to support, Community, and What’s new.
  • Your account — Language, Theme, and Log out.
