Customers
The Customers page shows who reached your store and what Infynia did with each person: the carts and orders received, the messages sent, the replies, and what’s still scheduled. It’s a read-only page — nothing is sent or changed from here.
The customer list
Section titled “The customer list”At the top of the page you see when Infynia last received data from your store and how many carts have come in. The list shows, for each person:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Customer | Name and flags such as Not receiving messages, No campaigns, or Duplicate record. |
| Contact | The person’s phone number. |
| Open carts | How many of their carts are still open. |
| Open value | How much those carts are worth. |
| Latest event | What happened last (for example, a message sent or a purchase). |
| Next send | The next scheduled message, with the template (or whether the AI will write it) and when it goes out. |
| Purchase history | How many orders the person has placed and how much they’ve spent in total, when your platform sends that information. |
Use Search customer to look someone up by name or phone. Click a person to open their history.
Filter customers
Section titled “Filter customers”Click Filters to build a slice of your customer base. You combine questions such as:
- When the last cart happened — from the last 7 days to a year ago.
- How the cart ended up — Waiting, Already contacted, No template available, Contact failed, Paid, or Lost.
- What Infynia has done — Never received a message, Already received a message, or Replied.
- Cart value — low, medium, or high.
- Why they abandoned — the abandonment reasons identified in conversations.
- Purchases — Never bought, Already bought, Bought more than once, or Recovered by Infynia.
- Group — Best customers or Lapsed.
The See N customers button shows how many people the slice reaches before you apply it. After that, the active filter shows as a sentence at the top of the list (for example, “Customers who abandoned their cart and also never bought”). Use Change to adjust it or Clear filters to go back to the full list. If a slice returns nobody, the page points out which part of the filter is emptying the list.
A customer’s history
Section titled “A customer’s history”When you open a person, you see:
- Who this is — phone, WhatsApp, email, since when Infynia has known the person, and How they arrived (the source of the first contact).
- Whether the person doesn’t receive automated messages (because they asked to stop, because the agent recorded the request in the conversation, or because someone on your team marked it) or doesn’t receive campaigns (because they blocked promotional messages in their own WhatsApp — recoveries and order notices still go out).
- Purchase history — orders and total spent, when your platform sends that information.
- Purchases recorded for this profile — the purchases from every record with the same phone number (see Customer profiles).
- Carts and orders — everything your store sent about this person, with the recovery type of each cart.
- Upcoming sends — what’s scheduled, with date, time, sequence step, and value at stake. When nothing is scheduled, the page explains Why nothing is scheduled (for example, the person bought recently, there’s already an ongoing conversation, or the automation is turned off).
- History — each message sent, with the exact text, whether it was delivered and read, the replies, and the purchases. Use Open the conversation to go to the Inbox.
- What they answered — the answers the person gave in a lead form, when there are any.
Customer profiles
Section titled “Customer profiles”Sometimes the same person shows up in more than one record — for example, because their phone was saved in different formats or because they bought through more than one platform. Click View grouped profiles to open Customer profiles: records with the same current phone appear together in a single profile.
- Search by name, email, phone, or ID.
- Each profile shows how many records it groups, how many purchases it has, the date of the last purchase, and totals per currency.
- When you open a profile, you see the Records in this profile (with each one’s source) and the Purchase history of all of them.
