Lead forms
Lead Forms turn your site’s visitors into contacts: the person leaves their name and WhatsApp in a form, the contact is saved in Infynia and, if you want, gets a WhatsApp message right away. It’s a way to reach people who haven’t built a cart yet — for example, a waitlist for a new collection.
How to get it
Section titled “How to get it”Forms are a paid module, added on top of the Growth plan.
- Go to Settings → Subscription.
- On the Lead capture forms card, click Add to Growth.
- Check the amount and billing date and click Confirm purchase.
The module goes on the same invoice as Growth. Forms and leads are unlimited; the WhatsApp messages sent by forms follow your plan’s usage billing. Only the person who manages the subscription can purchase it — if you don’t have that permission, ask the subscription owner.
To cancel, use Cancel module. You keep access until the end of the paid period; after that, forms stop capturing and sending messages, but your leads remain available to view and export. To leave Growth, cancel the module too.
Create a form
Section titled “Create a form”- In Automations, in the Capture new contacts group, open Lead Forms.
- Click Create form and fill in:
- Form name — only you see it (e.g. “New collection waitlist”).
- How it shows on the site — On the page (inside the content) or In a floating window (a button that opens the form).
- Form language — Portuguese, English or Spanish.
- Which site it goes on — the address of the page where you’ll place the form. You can add others later.
- Click Create form.
Each form has four tabs: Form, Messages, Install and Leads. When everything is ready, use Turn this form on.
Build the form
Section titled “Build the form”On the Form tab:
- Questions — Name and WhatsApp are fixed (you can rename and move them, but not remove them). Use Add question to include Text, Email (one per form), Option list or Phone fields, and mark the required ones. The less you ask, the more people fill it in.
- What the visitor reads — title, description, button text and Consent text.
- After submitting — the title and message shown in place of the form when someone submits.
- Appearance — accent color, theme (Follow the site, Light or Dark) and your store’s logo.
- In the floating window, you also set the button’s text and position, after how many seconds the form opens on its own, and what happens If they close it (don’t show again during the visit, show again after a few days, or never show again). People who already sent their WhatsApp never see the form again.
Use Show preview to check it and click Save form.
Automatic messages (optional)
Section titled “Automatic messages (optional)”On the Messages tab, you decide whether the form also talks to the lead:
- The trigger is Someone fills in the form.
- The first step is sent right away; the next ones go out after the wait time you set. Use Add step to build the sequence.
- Each step uses an approved template of the Lead form type.
- The sequence stops on its own when the lead replies or when the steps run out. When they reply, the conversation continues in the Inbox.
With no steps, the form only captures the lead and sends no message. Each message sent counts as a paid notification, per send, plus Meta’s template fee.
Install it on your site
Section titled “Install it on your site”On the Install tab:
- Paste the script line shown before the closing
</body>of your site. - In On the page mode, also paste the block shown where the form should appear. In the floating window, the button positions itself.
- In Allowed domains, add each address where the form will work. A live form needs at least one domain — outside the list, it doesn’t show.
- Test it: open the page, fill in the form with your own WhatsApp and check the lead on the Leads tab.
Using Google Tag Manager? The tab itself explains how to create the tag. If you need to replace the form’s code, use Generate a new code — the old code stops working right away, so update every place where it was pasted.
Follow your leads
Section titled “Follow your leads”The Leads tab shows total leads, those from the last 7 days and the last lead, plus the list with name, WhatsApp, date and status: Received, Already your contact, Message sent, Replied or Canceled. Use View conversation to open the conversation and Export CSV to download the list.
Leads also become customers in Infynia. In Broadcasts, you can build audiences with the How they joined your base and Form answer refinements.
Reviewing suspicious submissions
Section titled “Reviewing suspicious submissions”Infynia flags submissions with signs of unusual activity — for example, a link in the name field or many different phone numbers coming from the same source in a short time. Submissions under Review don’t start the message sequence and stay out of broadcasts until you decide. Open the submission and choose Mark as legitimate or Mark as spam. Marking as legitimate doesn’t start or resume the sequence, but it frees the contact for a new send.
When there’s a problem with the payment
Section titled “When there’s a problem with the payment”If a subscription payment fails, forms keep capturing and your settings stay saved, but automatic messages are paused until the payment is settled.
