Users and account

In Settings (at the end of the side menu, in the SETUP section) you manage who can access your store and your store’s basic details, such as name, country, and currency. The page is split into tabs — you only see the tabs you have access to:

TabWhat’s there
StoreThe store’s name, country, and currency, plus the Attendance survey (see below).
SubscriptionYour plan, the cycle’s costs, and your invoices. See Plans and billing.
UsersThe people on your team and what each one can access.
Abandonment reasonsE-commerce stores only: the list of reasons the AI uses to classify why a cart was abandoned. You can hide default reasons and create custom ones.
ChannelsA shortcut to manage WhatsApp and the setup for branded short links.
AppearanceThe app’s language and theme.

Here you add the people who can sign in and work in your store, set each person’s role, activate or deactivate access, and remove anyone who no longer needs to sign in. Each person gets their own login.

When adding or editing a user, you choose one of three roles:

RoleAccess
OwnerFull store access. Cannot be removed or have their role changed.
AdministratorFull store access.
AttendantCustom access — always includes Inbox and Chat; an administrator grants extra areas individually.

Only the Owner and Administrators can add, edit, or remove users. Sales Intelligence and connecting the AI assistant are also limited to them.

When you add an Attendant, you can tick the extra areas they can access:

  • Dashboard
  • Automations
  • WhatsApp Templates
  • Broadcasts
  • AI Agent
  • Human handoff
  • Catalog
  • Integrations
  • Settings
  • Billing

E-commerce stores can also grant Ads. CRM accounts can also grant Pipeline, Deal in Inbox, and Lost reasons.

Inbox and Chat are always included and do not need to be selected.

Granting Dashboard also gives access to WhatsApp Health and Customers (in e-commerce stores). Granting Settings or Billing makes the Settings item show up in the menu, with the matching tabs.

  1. Go to Settings → Users.
  2. Click Add user.
  3. Enter a name, email, and a password (at least 8 characters).
  4. Choose the Role: Administrator or Attendant.
  5. If you chose Attendant, tick the extra areas they can access.
  6. Click Create.

There’s no email invite: you set the password when you create the user and share the login with them. They can also sign in without a password, using a code sent to their email (see how to sign in to Infynia).

Give access to someone who already has an account

Section titled “Give access to someone who already has an account”

If the email you type already has an Infynia account in another store you manage, the screen says This email already has an Infynia account and shows the account’s name. Check it’s the right person and click Give access: they get access to this store with the role you picked, sign in with the password they already use, and their access to other stores doesn’t change.

  1. Open the person’s row in the user list.
  2. Change the name, email, or role if needed.
  3. To change the password, type a new one (leave it blank to keep the current one).
  4. If the role is Attendant, adjust the extra areas granted.
  5. Use the Active toggle to allow or block access.
  6. Save your changes.

Use the delete action on the person’s row and confirm. Removing a user takes away their access to this store. If they don’t have access to any other store, their account is deleted too.

  • Each email maps to a single Infynia account. If the email is already used by someone who isn’t part of another store of yours, you can’t add it.
  • A password must be at least 8 characters.
  • The Owner cannot be deleted and is the only user whose role cannot be changed.
  • Inactive users can’t sign in until they’re reactivated.

When someone doesn’t have access to an area

Section titled “When someone doesn’t have access to an area”

If a team member opens a page that hasn’t been granted to them, Infynia shows You don’t have access to this area. Grant the area in Settings → Users and ask them to click Refresh page — permissions only reload when the page is refreshed.

Here you manage your store’s basic identity — its name, country, and currency. These details control how your store is labelled and which currency amounts show in.

  1. Go to Settings and open the Store tab.
  2. Edit the store name.
  3. Pick the country (this suggests a matching currency).
  4. Adjust the currency if needed.
  5. Save your changes.
  • The store name is required — keep it short.
  • Pick the country and currency from the lists of supported countries and currencies.
  • The Owner, Administrators, and Attendants who were granted Settings can change these settings.

On the same Store tab, the Attendance survey section sets up the satisfaction survey sent over WhatsApp after a conversation:

  • Tick Allow AI to send the survey automatically so the AI sends the survey when it resolves a conversation. Sending it manually from the Inbox is always available.
  • Under Custom messages (optional), adjust the resolution question, the rating question, and the messages for a happy customer and for when the customer’s issue wasn’t resolved. Leave them blank to use the default texts. The button and star texts can’t be edited.

See how the survey works in Inbox and where to follow the results in Attendance metrics.
