Connect Pago
Connect your Pago checkout so Infynia receives events sent by the platform. Setup uses a webhook URL generated for your store.
Before you begin
Section titled “Before you begin”- You need access to the webhook settings in the Pago dashboard.
- Keep Infynia and Pago open in separate tabs during setup.
1. Copy the URL in Infynia
Section titled “1. Copy the URL in Infynia”- In Infynia, go to Integrations.
- Choose Pago and click Connect.
- Copy the webhook URL shown.
2. Register the webhook in Pago
Section titled “2. Register the webhook in Pago”- In the Pago dashboard, open Webhooks and create a new webhook.
- Name it Infynia.
- Paste the URL copied from Infynia and mark the webhook as active.
- Enable these exact events:
- Pedido criado
- Pedido atualizado
- O status de um pedido foi atualizado
- Carrinho abandonado
- Save the webhook.
3. Confirm the connection
Section titled “3. Confirm the connection”- Return to Infynia and click I’ve saved it in Pago.
- Wait for confirmation.
The connection is confirmed automatically when Infynia receives the first valid event from Pago. If the wait times out, check the URL, confirm the webhook is active, and make sure all four events are enabled. Then try again.
If you disconnect and reconnect
Section titled “If you disconnect and reconnect”Infynia will show a new URL. Replace the previous URL in the webhook registered in Pago and save the configuration again.
After connecting
Section titled “After connecting”Pago provides checkout data. If your storefront is on another platform, keep the storefront integration connected as well so your product catalog remains available in Infynia.
