Refer & earn
With the Refer & earn program, you refer Infynia to other stores. When a store you referred subscribes to a paid plan, you start earning a recurring commission — for as long as they stay subscribed, you keep earning.
Open the program from Refer & earn, in the SETUP section of the side menu.
Your referral link
Section titled “Your referral link”The first time you open the Refer & earn area, Infynia generates a referral code just for you and a ready-to-share link.
- Open Refer & earn and copy your link with the Copy link button.
- Share the link with other store owners — social media, WhatsApp, email, wherever makes sense for you.
- When someone signs up for the first time through your link and subscribes to a paid plan, the referral is attributed to you and the commission starts counting.
Customize your code
Section titled “Customize your code”Want a code that’s easier to remember? Click Customize and pick your own, with 4 to 20 letters and numbers (no spaces or symbols, and no easily confused characters like I, O, L, 0, and 1). Each code belongs to a single person, so you may need to try another option if your first choice is already taken.
How earning works
Section titled “How earning works”You earn 20% of the total of every invoice the referred store pays to Infynia, for as long as they keep an active subscription. It’s not a one-time bonus — it’s recurring: every time they’re billed, you earn a new commission.
- The commission only starts once the referred store subscribes to a paid plan (the free trial period doesn’t generate commission).
- If the referred store cancels their subscription, you stop earning on them until they subscribe again. If that happens, commissions start being generated again as usual — the referral stays yours.
- There’s no time limit: as long as the referred store keeps paying, you keep earning.
The Refer & earn area also shows the list of your referrals and each one’s status — On trial, Active, or Churned.
From Pending to Available balance
Section titled “From Pending to Available balance”Every new commission first shows up as Pending and stays that way for about 30 days — a safety period to cover any refunds or chargebacks on the invoice that generated it. After that period, it moves to Available balance, which you can then withdraw.
The Refer & earn area shows three indicators and a Commissions chart with how your earnings have evolved:

Partner setup (CPF/CNPJ and PIX)
Section titled “Partner setup (CPF/CNPJ and PIX)”To withdraw your commissions, set up once, in the Payout & PIX section:
- Your CPF or CNPJ (Brazilian tax ID).
- A PIX key (CPF, CNPJ, email, phone, or random key).
You can share your link, build up referrals, and watch your commissions grow without this setup — it’s only needed when you request a withdrawal. Once set up, you can update these details anytime by clicking Edit. The same section shows your Total paid out.
How to request a withdrawal
Section titled “How to request a withdrawal”- Make sure your CPF/CNPJ and PIX setup is complete.
- Wait for your Available balance to reach the R$200 minimum.
- Click Withdraw in the Payout & PIX section.
- Your request goes into review; once reviewed, the amount is sent via PIX to your registered key.
Only one withdrawal can be in progress at a time — once it’s completed, you can request the next one.
When do I get paid?
Section titled “When do I get paid?”A new commission stays Pending for about 30 days, then becomes Available balance. From there, you can request a Withdraw once you reach the R$200 minimum — payment is made via PIX, after a review.
What happens if the store I referred cancels?
Section titled “What happens if the store I referred cancels?”You stop earning commission on that store while their subscription isn’t active. If they subscribe again later, commissions start being generated again as usual — the referral stays yours.
Can I refer myself or an existing Infynia customer?
Section titled “Can I refer myself or an existing Infynia customer?”No. The Refer & earn program only applies to new stores that don’t already have an Infynia account. You can’t refer yourself, and you don’t earn commission on a store that was already an Infynia customer before using your link.
How is my link tracked?
Section titled “How is my link tracked?”When someone clicks your link, Infynia remembers that referral for 30 days. If the person creates a new account within that window, they’re attributed to you — first click wins. After that window, or if the person signs up without going through your link, the referral no longer applies.
Can I refer more than one store?
Section titled “Can I refer more than one store?”Yes. There’s no limit to how many stores you can refer, and you earn commission on every one that subscribes to a paid plan.
