Connect Yever
Connect your Yever store so Infynia receives cart and order events. The main connection uses a webhook URL generated for your store.
Before you begin
Section titled “Before you begin”- You need access to the Yever admin panel.
- Keep Infynia and Yever open in separate tabs during setup.
1. Copy the URL in Infynia
Section titled “1. Copy the URL in Infynia”- In Infynia, go to Integrations and open the Store and payments tab.
- Under Your checkout platform, choose Yever and click Configure.
- Copy the Webhook URL shown.
2. Register the webhook in Yever
Section titled “2. Register the webhook in Yever”- In Yever, go to Settings → Webhooks and create a new webhook.
- Paste the URL provided by Infynia.
- Enable the Orders and Cart events.
- Save and send a test webhook.
3. Confirm the connection
Section titled “3. Confirm the connection”- Return to Infynia and click I’ve pasted it in Yever.
- Wait for confirmation. The integration is activated when Infynia receives the test webhook.
If the wait times out, check the URL and selected events in Yever, send another test, and try again.
4. Connect the product catalog (optional)
Section titled “4. Connect the product catalog (optional)”After the webhook is active, Infynia may ask for a separate API key. It lets Infynia import the catalog so the agent can look up and recommend products.
- In Yever, go to Settings → API → New token.
- Create the token and copy it before leaving the page.
- Paste the token into the Yever API Key step in Infynia and click Save.
You can skip this step and connect the key later from the Catalog page. It is not required to receive cart and order events.
After connecting
Section titled “After connecting”Infynia starts receiving abandoned carts and orders from Yever. Yever doesn’t send shipping or delivery updates. If your online store is on Shopify, connect it as your online store to enrich the catalog and receive shipping and tracking information. See Connect Shopify.
To send recovery messages, connect your WhatsApp and configure your recovery automations.
If you disconnect Yever
Section titled “If you disconnect Yever”After you disconnect, Infynia stops processing Yever events, even if Yever keeps sending notifications to the registered URL. The integration doesn’t become active again on its own.
To reconnect, choose Yever again in Integrations, click I’ve pasted it in Yever, and send a new test webhook from the Yever dashboard.
